Grade 12, 3-year relevant National Diploma / Degree (Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field); OD-ETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practice) Certification; 5 to 10 years Mining Industry Learning facilitation experience; at least 5 years proven work experience as both Underground and Surface Mining Training Manager; Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and Charters (e.g. Skills Development Act, ISO, NQF, MQA, Mining Charter and B-BBEE).
