We are looking for 2 x skilled 360-degree Recruiter with proven track records and experience in various sectors and industries
. Duties & Responsibilities
Build positive relationships with everyone in your value chain and deliver service excellence to ensure repeat business
Get new specs through cold calling, visits, networking, key account management etc.
Source candidates for the client vacancies by database search, advertising, outreach via social media, headhunting, networking Screen CV’s, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, conduct reference checks and compile shortlists
Prepare CVs for submission to client, present candidates to client including your recommendations, arrange client interviews, follow up, convey offers to candidates
Ensure candidates commence employment with clients and maintain placement during probation through regular contact
Maintain client and candidate folders online, maintain databases, submit activity reports, ensure invoicing of placements made etc.
