Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualification in Labour Law / Legal / Employee Relations / Human Resource Management
LLB Qualification will be added advantage
Admitted attorney with labour law experience will be added advantage
5 to 8 Years’ experience in Human Resource Generalist specialising in Employee Relations / industrial Relations in a highly unionised environment
Previous experience in dispute resolution (including conciliation, mediation and arbitration)
Previous experience and involvement in negotiations / consultations with Union/s at Group level and bargaining council.
