Our Team is growing. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven top billing ability.
We are looking for someone that comes from an internal and external background with a passion for sourcing.
Requirements:
- +5 years’ experience in both internal and external environment in an IT environment
- Able to run and manage your own desk with little supervision
- Must be a team player
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Someone willing to go the extra mile
Duties include:
- Be the liaison person between potential candidates and hiring managers and ensuring professionalism and efficiency in this process and related negotiations.
- Full responsibility for co-ordination of the hiring processes across the business and supervision of the HR recruitment team to ensure that all vacancies have detailed and correct job specification, that team deliver optimal performance, and that high recruitment standards and sourcing and placement of best talent takes place.
- Develop trusted, credible relationships with business leaders and partners to understand business strategy, priorities, roles and talent needs both in the short and longer-term.
- Work independently in accordance with procedures and recruitment KPIs
- Manage stakeholders at senior level throughout the entire organization and with external parties, locally as well as globally
