Our offering:

• Fully remote (You can be based anywhere in South Africa)

• All tools will be provided such as a softphone, existing database of candidates and clients, etc
• Excellent earning potential!! R10 000 Basic salary + An industry first commission structure (Up to 60% commission split on placements made)

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant is essential
• Fibre or Strong Wi-Fi Connection
• Ability to work from home effectively and able to function regardless of obstacles such as loadshedding
• Self-managed and able to achieve individual targets
• Relationship management with both candidate and client is key
• Stakeholder engagement and the ability to effectively deal with clients at all levels
