Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner based in Gauteng, South Africa.
The Senior HR Business Partner will align with business in achieving strategic and operational goals in line with the growth of the business. Will work closely with the HR Executive in the formulation and execution of the organisation's people strategy. Will have expertise across a wide range of HR disciplines, while linking product, technology and commercial acumen to add value to internal stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include local and global business unit heads.
The Senior HR Business Partner will also lead and manage HRBPs in multiple locations, in a hybrid work setup.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree with a postgraduate qualification
- 8-10 years of experience in HR business partnering role
- 5 years experience in HR within a product or technology driven business or business unit.
- Leadership or people management experience.
- Profile: dynamic, strategic and hands-on, adaptive, influencer, accountable
