An FMCG market leader requires an HR Intern (One year Contract) (EE role)
Key Performance Areas:
- To assist with Human Resources related duties such as, but not limited to recruitment, welfare, staff functions, industrial relations and learning and development.
- Be an organized and process driven individual.
- Be able to work under pressure and as part of a team and adhere to set deadlines.
- Good communication skills , excellent written, grammatical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven individual.
- Assist with daily Human Resources related queries from staff.
- The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Officer in terms of daily activities and or tasks as well as to monitor the productivity and quality of your work.
- Be responsible for the ordering of stationery supplies for the Human Resources Office.
- Completed a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, preferably an unemployed graduate with no previous working experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be willing to learn and be able to communicate across all departments.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Solid knowledge of general administrative processes.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and policies.
