Minimum 5 years related Human Capital experience is essential
Must have knowledge of Human Capital policies, procedures and systems.
Experience in talent and recruitment management, and performance management principles and procedures will be required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring a timeous recruitment, selection and placement process of positions at all levels (support to be provided to the team in terms of A-C levels; and full responsibility to be assumed for D levels).
Ensuring salary input is correctly processed monthly and assisting the HC team in resolving queries.
Supporting line management in developing new job profiles.
Ensuring all job profiles for the area of responsibility are updated and kept centrally.
Ensuring sound employee relations through engagement with employees, line management and shop stewards.
Supporting line management with performance management and talent retention strategies.
Ensuring adherence of line management to human capital set deadlines for various reports.
Ensuring alignment of remuneration to company salary structures; and other terms and conditions to legislative requirements.
Ensuring BBBEE and transformation objectives are met.
Supporting the company with Human Capital Programme implementations.
Assisting with the administration of annual increases and bonuses, including Expat staff.
Providing generic human capital services and support to area of responsibility.
Ensuring HC data integrity of area of responsibility.
Providing standard monthly management reports on human capital.
Complying with governance & compliance policies and procedures.
Complying with Safety, Health & Environment standards.
Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
