Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
A Post-grad qualification in Organisational Development would be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizing and analytical skills are important
Ability to work with a range of cultures across the region
Previous Learning & Development and Recruitment experience will be ideal
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting with the creation and administration of learning and development programs.
Liaising with training vendors and HR Operations teams to ensure that courses run effectively and to act on any issues identified.
Analysing data sets to create reports regarding development needs.
Creating reports based on Diversity and Inclusion data as well as employee experience data.
Managing the teams’ IT systems to allow the best sharing of data.
Assisting with a wide range of projects as and when required.
Performing other general administrative tasks.
Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
