Job Summary
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Cape Town.
Min Requirements:
- Must have experience in Sage People 300
- Relevant Payroll qualification would be advantages
- English and Afrikaans speaking
- Min of 3 years experience in a similar position
- Accuracy and meeting deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge for payroll regarding legislation.
- Leave pay record up to date.
- Accuracy of payroll balance sheets.
- Monthly ledgers, wages & journals prepared correctly.
- Compile payroll data, and enter data and posts wages, and reconciles errors, to maintain payroll records.
- Retrieve a variety of daily, monthly and yearly reports.
- Payroll updates on records that is accurate
- Accurate records and filling system for the payroll department
- Timesheet processing
- Resolve payroll queries
- Reports and deadlines met on time
