Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their clients team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating internal salary discussions and allocations.
• Coordinating and managing performance reviews.
• Addressing general HR queries from employees.
• Managing and facilitating exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Handling employee concerns and providing timely resolution.
• Developing and implementing basic HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
• Assist with HR projects, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related guidance.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
