Required experience in either the online education or higher education environments
3-5 years of business development experience
Track record of generating and leveraging valued client-facing activities, specifically boosting business development in consulting / executive development / or similar. Digital products and service sales in a business-to-business environment.
Experience in strategic change projects (sprints and hothouses) that enhances company internal culture, uplift and inspire customers, and operationalise learning outcomes.
Demonstrated track record of leadership of a high skills team(s) and direct responsibility and ownership of a P&L.
Working knowledge of customer relations management (CRM); AccPac (financial system), Faculty Management System (FMS), Delivery Hub, Moodle
