12 MONTH CONTRACT for Desktop Support
• BSc in Information Systems/Computer Science
• Project Management (Prince2/PMP) & ITIL V3/4
• Certificate in Microsoft (advantageous)
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
• Experience in ERP implementation such as Sage Evolution (Critical)
• Practical experience in SQL / Power BI
• Languages: English and French (read, speak and write)
• Familiar with cloud technologies (eg. Google, AWS, Azure) and software deployment to the
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
• ERP implementation to integrate and share information and information across all areas of the company.
• Align the IT business needs in the interests of business best practice.
• Ensure key identified business software systems are integrated throughout the group.
• Contribute to IT budget and operational resource planning.
• Ability to translate technical language to lay audiences and comprehend complex, technical subjects.
