Job Summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have a Diploma in Agriculture or have a Business degree (or relevant qualification)
8-10 Years solid working experience in farm management
At least 8 years’ experience in a leadership role is essential
Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Energetic & hands-on hardworking individual
Must be computer literate and able to communicate at all levels off management
Good in problem solving, good interpersonal relationships and must be an excellent communicator.
Must be able to take full accountability. Ensure a productive and pro-active team effort at all times
Should be able to work according to the financial budget
Good with planning and a structured workflow, as well as recordkeeping thereof.
An eye for detail to ensure the farm property & surroundsare kept in excellent condition, as well as buildings & equipment maintained and looked after
Regular communication with owner based in Cape Town
