Job Summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Degrees in Agriculture
15+ Years experience in mechanized farming
Knowledge of Wheat Farming
Proven skills in report writing
Computer literate
Must be well-organised with great leadership qualities
Strong management and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

To conduct Preliminary study of geography of farm
To conduct a Mechanization strategy of how to make the farm scale
To Compute Capital and Operating Costs and selection of seeds, fertilizers and other inputs including machinery.
To conduct Feasibility of crops that can be grown in the farm other than Wheat during the development phase
