Job Summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree or diploma in Horticulture
5 years management experience preferably in blueberries
Computer literate

Mechanically orientated
Ability to motivate and work with staff

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES

100-130Ha greenfield blueberry project
Develop project and drip irrigation to start planting November 2022
Manage the Blueberry plantation
Will have approx. 32 direct reports
Must be able to lead in multi cultural environment
Attention to detail a must
Knowledge of management Reports and European marketing standards an advantage
Knowledge of Italian or Spanish will help with understanding Romanian
English first language
