Job Summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A MSc degree in Horticulture and or relevant degree, highly advantageous
Min of 3 years previous work experience in a similar role
In depth knowledge of hydroponic tomatoes
Strong management and leadership skills
Oversee all production processes of 6ha of greenhouses
Ability to build an independent management team
Attention to detail
Energetic and driven
Organised individual who can work independently
Must be a team player
