Inherent requirements:
• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 2 to 3 years’ experience within a Recruitment role
• Sound working knowledge on recruitment software and database systems
• Advanced interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat
• Computer literate in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Complete required paperwork for new hires
• Manage internship programs
• Provide recruitment reports to department managers
• Communicate vacancy and placement progress to Line Managers
• Manage all shift cancellations by sourcing replacements as soon as possible
Working hours: 08h00 to 16h30 (Monday to Friday)
Will be required to work after hours and weekends as and when required
