Food manufacturing company in the Northern Suburbs (Cape Town) requires Quality Control Officer with Grade 12 / Matric, relevant qualification in Food Technology and 5years experience in manufacturing / FMCG environment. Person will be responsible for management of quality staff members, conduct plant inspections, plan and manage HACCP meetings, quality audits. Knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP requirements, Quality Management system essential.
