Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
3 to 4 years of experience as a receptionist is a must
Proven experience in working with computers; Excel
Microsoft Word and Emails.
Experience, understanding of and training in Creditors and Debtors cycle and processing,
Pastel knowledge or a similar accounting program i.e Syspro; Sap; Quickbooks.
Experience in dealing with online customer queries
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
Ability to interact with internal and external customers
Additional Requirements
Excellent communication skills i.e verbal and written skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage self and take different orders from two managers.
