Responsibilities
• Supply Chain / Key Customer Accounts Manager role – requiring management skills / strategic thinking of lead times, factors affecting supply chain / logistics delivery capability processes
• The team processes orders on SAP
• Manage clients – order delays, delivery delays, out of stock product shortages, unforeseen issues
• Manage Customer Service Centre team to ensure smooth processes, customer satisfaction from order placement to delivery
• Manage queries from Senior Management
• Daily reporting / administration
• Report monthly performance, budget variances, KPI’s
• Improve the people, process and technology that supports daily completion of tasks
• Drive improvement in Customer experience, internal efficiencies
• Relationship management
• Business development / improvements
• Standard operating procedure management
• Technology Support Implementation
• Budget Management / strategy execution
• Digitisation - Automation of non-value adding tasks
• Staff and Team Management - Lead/develop staff in accordance with Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Act
Requirements
• B.COM / B.SC in Logistics / Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering
• 5 years’ management experience
• ERP Systems experience - Power BI and SAP BW (advantageous)
• Digitalisation / optimisation projects experience (advantageous)
