The New Sales Co-ordinator person will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer and supplier acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales; not limited to the following:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads on Web-based marketing systems.
Source new sales through external calls and client visits.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Close Maintenance SLA contracts with property developers, portfolio building managers, building owners, as well as our existing clients.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate key account staff for further development and closure, if and when required.
Close sales leads and achieve monthly targets.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in the market
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within and above your assigned quota.
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Assist external sales team when required.
Co-ordinate service and maintenance teams in conjunction with projects department regarding new installations
Assist with developing and growing the Service & Maintenance department.
