Job Summary
A Reputable Company is looking for a New Product Development Supervisor / Lamination and Compression
Lamination:
- Plan the day’s production.
- Ensure all production plans are completed daily.
- Manage the team and ensure they understand what is required.
- Ensure good quality control is in place.
- Ensure stock take stats are accurate and manage the process.
- Ensure raw materials stock is on hand for production.
- Manage the departments scrap and block usage.
- Dealing with suppliers must be on business level only.
- Manage housekeeping on a daily basis.
- Ensure weekly time sheets are signed off.
Compression:
- Ensure daily planned production is met.
- Ensure quality control.
- Ensure raw materials stock is on hand for production.
- Manage the departments scrap and block usage.
- Dealing with suppliers must be on business level only.

New Product Development:
- Ensure all samples are all of best quality.
- Ensure correct raw material are used.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Pref, Cert/Diploma – Production Management
Experience
- Production/Manufacturing
- 2-5 years experience.
Skills/Attributes/Knowledge
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving skills
- Time orientated
- Attention to detail
- Accept and carry out instructions
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers
- Able to work beyond normal working hours and weekends if and when required.
