Extruder Foreman / Supervisor urgently required for a Manufacturing company.
Must have experience in Plastic profiling, Pattern profiling, Production, hands on, all rounder, Operating extrusion, Tooling etc.
Manufacturing, Production & Maintenance Supervisor / Foreman.
Management of production and maintenance &Tooling Department Operators.
Plant operations, ordering and receiving of raw materials.
Injection/ Extrusion plant and recycling plant operations.
Health & Safety, environmental and quality management systems.
Training of operators, blenders and compounders
Overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
