An opportunity exists within a company that is wanting to bring in someone in a junior capacity to make them grow.

Job Purpose:
Is to ensure that all waste produced is weighed, recorded, shredded and baled in a manner that is not going endanger one’s life or cause damaged to property. Fulfil the functions and compiling reports and reporting there on.

Job Requirements:

Matric Maths (HG)
Any qualification related to Production would be advantageous
Fully competent on Microsoft Office, with specific qualities in Excel and formulas.
At least 6 month working experience
Must have experience in a Production Environment within a Production Planning Department.
Must be career orientated

Duties:

Responsible for all waste in Production factory and bailing area.
Must record all waste per machine on the factory floor.
Full Waste trolleys must be removed from the waste area, weighed and recorded on the provided waste sheet before shredding.
Dump waste must Authorized (by a supervisor or quality controller) before shredding can be done.
Must distinguish Board Machine waste AND at converting machines from Converting waste and record separately.
No waste must be shredded without being recorded.
Must seclude good waste board to be used in palletization in the factory.
All baled waste weighed must be recorded on the waste sheet provided.
Every bale weight must be written and attached using tacks provided
Update the waste spreadsheet daily and report there on.
Must count and record waste bales produced once daily
Must record all waste bales produced per day
To report any suspect waste to the Planner.
Must load and record weight of bales on the waste truck and arrange for the delivery note.
Updating GRV sheets and informing all relevant departments of incoming GRV stock.
Verifying all stock in the GRV area.
Weekly Paper supplier order recons
Weekly Redundant Stock reports
Weekly updating of Demo Capacity report
Daily reports for daily Planning meeting ready by 09:15am
Weekly clearing of CTI and updating.
