A well established and reputable company based in Durban is looking for a Stores Supervisor
- Must be able to create and come up with new processes
- Have advanced excel and know systems
- Electronics component knowledge
- Previous experience as stores manager/ supervisor in the electronics industry
- Syspro knowledge
- Relevant tertiary education
- Perform any other job-related functions as instructed by management
- Update kit status in absence of manager
- Monitor and assist expeditors
- Maintain accurate levels of stock at all times.
- Assist with the supervision of stores in absence of manager
- Understand and Action Stores Key processes
- Job card Costing and sign off
- Chase WIP closure
- Maintain Dispatch, Driver and Vehicle Checklist Logs,
- Publish and maintain Finished goods warehouses
- Able to set priorities in line with the production schedule.
- Ability to work to defined schedules unsupervised.
- Ensure the highest level of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
- Stock adjustments on system
- Inventory analysis as required
