Production Supervisor – Parys – Market related
10 years’ experience in a managerial role. Matric with technical/industrial/refrigeration qualification. The position calls for a strong leader with a track-record of managing multiple teams. Successful candidate will manage all production related divisions in the factory. Daily management of all plant operations, Managing 3 Supervisors and 3 teams. Ensuring all materials and supplies are available on time and as per production schedule, actual production data correlates with system data, plant and employees adhere to protocols and plant complies with all requirements as per OHSA.
