An exciting position exists in the Sales – Customer Care Department of Sir Fruit, Umbilo, Durban. The Customer Care Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that Customer needs are met along the Customer Journey, as well as providing the highest calibre of service and experience to the Customer, to be based in Durban and reports to the Office Manager.
Main Purpose/Objectives of the Job:
In-bound and Out-bound Customer Management
Customer lead generation and support
Product and Service portfolio optimisation
Business Financial shape focus and initiatives
Complaint / Conflict management and resolution. Support of the Sales and other internal teams. Administrative duties
Education and Experience:
Matric - essential. Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Telesales/Customer Care environment . Solid Sales skills. Knowledge of Telesale/Customer Care software
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, & Excel.
Strong detail orientation with excellent administrative skills.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently.

Strong sales temperament (self-starter, go getter attitude, problem solver, self-reliant, goal orientated). Strong value system (honesty and integrity, customer orientated, people centered, strong work ethic, thinker, positive minded attitude)
