Fresh Fish Processing Plant Manager / Production Manager - Mpumalanga
A well-established Eco-Friendly Sustainable Salmon Trout Farm in Mpumalanga is looking a Factory Production Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire fish processing operation, from receival of fresh fish to final packing after preparation - which includes filleting, cold smoking, Canning and more - of the final resale products. A range of Salmon Trout products are produced in the factory.
It is a hands-on position, which requires very limited physical office work, but rather hands-on management of the entire production process.
Associated and expected skillsets of the position is a necessity, enhanced by experience.
The position offers tranquil farm accommodation and a salary of R20 000 per month negotiable – based on skillset.
