We are looking for a Manufacturing & Installation Manager that specialises in management of a warehouse, manufacturing, installations, shop fitting and overall maintenance. The candidate must be able to manufacture and install according to plans. Experience in the carpentry and metal industry is non-negotiable. (Good understanding of materials, shopfitting and manufacturing Industry and related tools are imperative.) Requirements: • Valid driver’s license • Own transport • Own Cell Phone Required skills • Staff management +- 30 staff • Management of staff log sheets (Trip sheet, logs, and logistics) • Reading and understanding drawings • Create basic non-CAD drawings • Instructing factory staff on production • Quality checks on products • Capturing and management of costs • Raising PO’s and creating POs on system (training will be supplied) • Daily production reports and meeting with installation teams and factory • Report directly to management and directors • Experience in the carpentry and metal industry (Good understanding of materials, waterproofing and related tools are imperative.) • Procurement • Computer literate vital Competencies & Skills • Supervisory skills • Delegation skills • Working under pressure • Problem solving • Communication skills • LeadershipError!
