Takes control over a full production shift according to scheduled plan and pre-determined procedures and standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12
• Full Spectrum Grain Grading
• GMF Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport
• Experience in Team Management and reporting
• Ability to manage a team
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Performance Driven
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Salary will be discussed upon interview.
