PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED
Senior position - salary to be discussed
AREA: Heriotdale, JHB
Position available to start IMMEDIATELY
CRITERIA:
• Between the ages of 28 and 40
• Female applicants only
• Non-EE post
• Must have own transport
• Must have established and stable home life
• Must be willing to travel and work overtime
• Must have a MINIMUM of 2 years in Property Management
• A tertiary qualification will be beneficial
PERSONAL TRAITS
• Must be able to work with figures
• Must be able to work completely independent
• Very trustworthy
• Flexible and not afraid to take on extra tasks
• Must be presentable and well spoken (English & Afrikaans)
• Must be extremely driven and passionate
• Must be stern and disciplined and be able to manage people
JOB FUNCTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for -
• All letting (admin / adverts / meetings / showings etc)
• Management of maintenance on properties
• Asset Management
• Management of Managing Agents and Tenants
• Negotiations with parties and banks
