Minimum Qualification Requirements: Grade 12, A relevant degree or post-graduate degree in Business Management or Economics.
An MBA or financial management qualification would be an added advantage.
Minimum Experience: 10 years in corporate governance of which 5 years should be at senior management level. Proven track record in a related management role with solid experience in regulatory compliance.
