- Previous lodge or safari experience essential
- Strong guest relations and communication skills

Front of House / Reservations:
- Strong hospitality, reservations, front office, or hosting experience
- Prior hospitality or lodge experience advantageous
- Strong guest relations and hosting skills essential
- Computer literacy and reservation administration skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Guide / Ranger:
- FGASA Level 1 or 2 essential
- Valid PDP essential
- Valid First Aid certification
- Rifle competency and advanced rifle handling essential
- Experience conducting bush walks, game drives, and guest hosting
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Basic camp maintenance experience
- Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest interaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front of House / Reservations:
- Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
- Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest information
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including check-ins and check-outs
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Provide information on lodge facilities, activities, and services
- Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Perform general front desk and administrative duties
Guide / Ranger:
- Conduct professional game drives and bush walks
- Deliver informative and memorable wildlife experiences
- Ensure guest safety during all safari activities
- Host guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay
- Maintain guiding equipment and safari vehicles
- Assist with vehicle checks and basic maintenance
- Support camp maintenance and operational duties when required
- Uphold conservation principles and lodge standards at all times
