Senior Manager role in Cape Town (Operations Department)
Phenomenal position available within an established Investment Administration Services Company. The role will be remote at this time; eventually you will be based at the Offices in Bellville.
Requirements
5-10 years’ experience in the financial services industry or investment administration industry, with at least 3-5 years at a management level and exposure to clients, systems and operations processes.
Knowledge of Financial Markets and Instruments
Understanding of risk and techniques to manage risk within teams
Understanding of processes and controls and the knowledge of how to improve this
Highly developed analytical, technical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiating skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to function effectively under pressure, apply judgment, prioritize tasks
Effective Employee Training and Development
High degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity
Understand the full cycle of investments
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting pref)
Diploma or course in SA Financial Market Instruments will be an advantage
Salary is between R1.2 mil and R1.5 mil max CTC
