Project Coordinator needed in Bothahill, Durban area to manage interns in school environment. Candidate would be responsible for all admin related tasks for this initiative, capturing and maintaining learners’ information, maintaining the database of learners, assisting with recruitment, coordinating and administration of training and most importantly, liaising with school staff/supervisors and learners which would entail regular visits to different schools in the area. Reporting on a daily/weekly and monthly basis essential.
Requirements for position:
Candidate must have matric and 3-5 years’ relevant experience. Own transport essential – this is not negotiable. Must be able to work independently and have excellent people skills. Must have own mobile phone and laptop which can be used for office use. This is a freelance position – hours will be flexible and not limited to a number of hours. However, coordinator might be required on site/school on short notice, and must be available at such times.
