We are in need of a vibrant and energetic professional to join our Joburg branch in an Receptionist position.
The duties of the position includes:
Receptionist / Filing / Admin assistance
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
· Providing administration support to admin Personal
· Preparing, organizing and storing of any Filing
Must reside near Roodepoort
Must have own transport
Must have 1 - 2 years Admin experience
Must be presentable and outspoken
