We are currently looking for a skilled and organised candidates with good quantitative ability for the position of junior fleet administrator. Successful candidate will ensure to assist in the maintaining detailed records of vehicle inspection and servicing also to ensure in scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage annual registration renewals, truck inspections for entry and exit from the company;
Handle all interpersonal situations with confidentiality;
Communicate with team managers and members both written and verbal
Help with IT issues when required
Manage high volume of daily tasks;
Utilize MS Packages in many areas of your work with ease;
Be service-oriented, technically savvy and flexible
Ensure prompt handling of required tasks;
Keep confidential all information received;
Skills
Task coordination and Scheduling
Able to pass pre employment drug test and relevant criminal background check
Superior verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, as well as take on additional duties assigned
Technically savvy with MS databases;
MS Word and Excel;
Strong business speaking and writing abilities
Excellent grade 11 and 12, diploma/ degree in supply chain administration or similar. Candidate with hand on experience minimum experience 1-3 Years
