A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
Min 5 years Experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Handle all Union matters.
- Ensure compliance with Bargaining Councils.
- Preparation of all charges for warnings including copies of files.
- Company representative for the hearings.
- Book the Chairperson for the hearing.
- Ensure the witnesses are available for the hearing.
- Regular communication with all employees.
- Assist with BBEEE, EE, SKILLS.
- Manage all employee leave.
- Responsible for the full payroll function
