A young, entrepreneurial company is looking for a like-minded Transport Co-Ordinator to join the dynamic team. E&M Plant and Transport specialize in Crane truck transportation and rigging. We have been offering a high-quality service for the past 14 years. Duties & Responsibilities: Update and provide tracking information to management. Track deliveries and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor and report driver issues. Maintain and report ISO 9001 Health and Safety standards Communicating with clients and employees about site requirements and job expectations Daily briefing of clients and staff Overseeing the delivery of projects and adjusting as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards. Problem–solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results. Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once. Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success. Mapping and coordinating daily work schedules for employees. Maintain and build relationships with clients and employees. Fleet Management Experience is an advantage Basic Sales Key Strengths and abilities: Excellent people and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work well under pressure, High level of attention to detail Minimum requirements: Field experience is a must Good sound knowledge of trucking/transport Matric Own vehicle
