• minimum 5 years experience in procurement of petro-chemical fittings & structural steel
• must be computer literate
• good excel skills with experience of formulas
• fully bilingual (speak, type, read & write with correct grammar & spelling)
• good communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
• accurate data capturing & filing daily
• experience in sourcing suppliers & obtaining best pricing on materials
• strong negotiating skills with suppliers
• capturing & making price comparisons on spreadsheets
• placing orders on suppliers & following up on deadline deliveries (very important)
• diligent, neat & presentable lady required for this position
• organised & systematic person required for this position
• own reliable transport and valid license
• trade references a must & will be contacted
• attach last two salary payslips and salary expectation
