To co-ordinate the purchase process and all activities
relating to the inflow and outflow of all stock and goods,
to ensure the smooth running of all logistics matters in
terms of cost, time and quality
Matric (grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
Minimum two (2) years administrative / financial experience.
Certificate / diploma in finances / logistics will be beneficial.
Maintain the procurement spend analysis and provide feedback regarding
findings and alternatives to relevant individuals.
Implement and maintain the Procurement Manual.
Manage monthly reports
Stock and Supply Organisation:
Manage the ordering and purchasing process
Manage the inventory of raw materials, backup stock and consumables
Oversee the storeroom clerk with regards to stock at Head Office
Broad Based Black Employment Equity (BBBEE):
Assist in the preferential procurement part of the BBBEE verification process
Serve on the BBEEE committee for planning and preparation purposes.
