Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Aging Stock Management - ensuring no aging stock more than 7 days
- Cost Management - Overtime, Nightshift Approval, Cost Analysis and Management
- Daily Queries - Attending Daily Queries and Ensuring Feedback provided within the given timeline
- Delivery Management
- Error Management
- Failed Delivery Management
- GI Management
- Inventory Management - Attending Monthly Counts and Reports (Monthly)
- Irregular Management
- Item Management
- KPI Management - Weekly Report: KPI Management: Following up on Failures
- Pending Management - Attending the pending IOD shipment (GI status more than a week) which causes Settlement Delay on a weekly basis and sharing the results among members
- POD Management - KPI Management on POD checks and sending Check Results (
- Report - Monthly Report: Outbound Volume and Cost
- Customer service delivery and customer orientated
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric,
- Preferably - Completed 3 year Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, transport
- Minimum 1 to 3 years similar Outbound Logistics experience
- Must be Flexible on working hours
- Own transport and Drivers licence
- Competent on MS Office Suite
- Working experience on logistics systems.
- Effective Communication skills
