Job Summary

ND Supply Chain/Purchasing/Hotel/Catering Mngt; Adv. Excel/Macros/ERP; Franchising; 5-10 years’ food purchasing exp in restaurants, of which at least 3 years in Purchasing & Quality Control of food & beverages, negotiations, people skills. Organise/ evaluate availability/price/ terms/quality of products/administer/ negotiate/review/renew/file purchasing contracts, supervise daily purchasing/supply chain activities for restaurants/ensure costing of menus/setup of software systems are managed correctly. Manage negotiations/contracts of suppliers/training of systems/SOP/quality menus of Franchisees, assist Franchisees of two stores with day-to-day operations/training of staff/monthly audits/reports on purchasing/supply chain/systems/performance franchises.
