Responsibilities Services Administration
Visits customers according to a set daily / weekly calling cycle.
Assesses and tests all warranty claims, according to set claims, according to set claim and testing procedures.
Identifies and checks rotation batteries and process according to the rotation procedures.
Checks and cleans batteries on the public display stands in front of the area of the customer stores.
Refers all disputes on warranty claims and rotations on the prescribed form to the Services Representative Manager.
Reviews stock status at customers and report all concerns on the prescribed form.
Assist with deliveries.
Assist with mobile fitment, activations, and events.
Ensure point of sale material is up-to-date.
Conduct stock take monthly.
Compliance
Operates within controls and procedures in order to ensure the integrity of the company
Reports risks or areas of concern to management within own operating area.
Promotes compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures to prevent fruitless, wasteful and irregular expenditure.
Customer Services
Assists employees and strives to maintain effective working relationships.
Identifies and solves problems within own operating area in line with the company’s core values.
Builds and sustains good internal and external customer service levels and business relationships with the central functions in support of business objectives.
Resolves / escalates all customer queries / complaints according to relevant company’s policies and procedures.
Cost and Waste Control
Assists in limiting and controlling cost by minimising damage, loss or waste.
Report incidents to direct Manger.
