Requirements: Matric Degree or Diploma advantageous Must have experience in a law firm managing the finances, HR, compliance requirements of a law firm as well as staff management, procurement and management of building maintenance.
Duties will include: Financial Management (ensure financial well being of firm, manage trust accounts, management accounts, payment authorisations), HR (leave, performance management, discipline, recruitment) Handle building maintenance Deal with suppliers Procurement for the firm Ensure that firm complies with requirements in terms of Legal Practice Act, Fica, POPI etc
