Minimum Requirements- Essential: Matric.
- Essential: 5-10 years’ experience as a Conveyancing attorney.
- Essential: LLB Degree and Admitted Attorney.
- Tasked with applications and subsequent Section 21 Alienation of Land Act transfers.
- Responsible for the registration and/or cancellation of respected mortgage bonds.
- Meeting with clients for signature of transfer and bond documents.
- Tasked with the registration of servitudes, subdivisions, consolidations and related matters.
