Growing Law Firm in Durban (Morningside) is looking to hire an experienced Paralegal.
The position includes a performance bonus at the end of each financial year.
In addition, the position represents a great career growth opportunity because the successful paralegal will work directly with clients to gather and analyze case information. And then work closely together with the Attorney on the strategy that will be used for a particular case.
Think of yourself as the professional handling the case. You will get to liaise with clients, the Court and research different outcomes. Ultimately you need good thinking skills and the ability to communicate why the case you are working on should be run in a particular direction.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 16h30.
Minimum Qualification:
Paralegal Diploma or atleast studying towards an LL.B / Legal Diploma
Minimum Experience:
Must have 5 years working experience (as a Paralegal) (or 5 years working in an Attorney’s firm as a Legal Assistant)
What will make the successful candidate stand out?
Knowledge / Experience in Family Litigation will be an advantage.
However how the candidate presents themself (i.e. professional image) will be the greatest distinguishing factor.
The Salary Package will depend on the Candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
