Brakpan, East Rand: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable preferably female
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English a must
-Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at law firm a must
-Experience in Transfers and/or Bond Registrations a must (ABSA / FNB Bonds, STDB Developments etc.)
-Experience in Bond Cancellations advantageous (ABSA / FNB)
-Independently functional from receipt of instruction to finalization
-Computer literate in E4
-Friendly, energetic and creative
-Stable employment record and contactable reference a must
Duties:
-Drafting of Conveyancing documents (Transfers, Bonds Registrations and Bond Cancellations)
-General Conveyancing administration
-Client liaison
Salary: ± R 15 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
