-Professional and presentable female
-Solid recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to Transfers
-Experience in Development Transfers advantageous
-Fully independently function (from receipt of instruction to finalization)
-Computer literate in Lexis Nexis (PM Pro proficiency advantageous)
-Exceptional people skills and able to work with demanding clients and agents
-Stable employment record
-Handling of transfers from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
-Drafting of Transfers documents and all related functions (fully independently)
-Handling finance on transfers matters
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
